Solid Steel Sheave Body 

• All sheaves up to 16” diameter are machined from solid 1045 steel round bar 
• Sheaves 14” to 60″ have rope grooves hardened to 35-40 RC (optional on smaller sheaves) 
• The result? If your Strongman Sheave™ is load tested to destruction, the wire rope breaks before the sheave is damaged 

Short Lead Time 

• Sheaves 12”/300mm and under are shipped in 2 to 3 weeks 
• Larger sheaves and all hardened sheaves are shipped in 4 to 5 weeks.
